WELCOME TO THE CASTLE

My name is Lance Bullock, and I’m the founder of Castle Basketball Elite.

I’ve been coaching for over 20 years. Basketball has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — first as a player, then as a coach, mentor, and leader in the communities I serve. The game gave me discipline, structure, confidence, and purpose. Coaching allows me to pass all of that on to the next generation.

Castle Basketball Elite is more than just a program — it’s personal.

I named this program in memory of my father, who passed away on July 22, 2020. He had everything to do with my love and passion for the game. He introduced me to basketball, supported me, pushed me, and showed me what commitment and hard work truly look like. The name “Castle” represents strength, foundation, protection, and legacy — all the things he was for me and all the things I want this program to be for our athletes.

For over two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to developing young players not just into better basketball athletes, but into disciplined, confident, accountable young men and women. We serve families and communities that believe in structure, hard work, and doing things the right way. I take pride in mentoring kids who need guidance, leadership, and someone who genuinely believes in their potential.
